The house has Wi-Fi (password is in your room).

We are a smoke / vape free home. The front porch is available to smokers.

We have a very friendly cat- Ben who we must keep out of the bedrooms for those that have allergies.

We provide a taxi service to drop off hikers 50c km round trip, subject to availability (please book in advance).

We have two basic mountain bikes available to rent - $20 each for as long as you stay.

We also have snow shoes for rent $10 for as long as you stay.

We have lots of free parking. (even a trailer or two).

A free public boat launch on Colpoys Bay is located behind the property on Old Mill Road.

A fire pit is available, with some notice please.
